* Graze All Day: Eat a small meal immediately upon waking and then every three hours to keep blood sugar regulated and your appetite in check. Doing so will prevent overeating and keep your metabolism revved up throughout the day. Be sure to include a lean protein at every meal.
* Good Carbs?: Oh yeah! Eat plenty of fibrous veggies and low glycemic grains to fill your belly during meals and snacks. These high fiber foods will metabolize slowly, preventing blood insulin spikes and keeping you feeling full and satisfied longer. Also, no insulin spikes means no food stored as fat!
Live by these 2 nutrition rules and you will be on your way to having a body to be proud of… I guarantee it
