Hey All, check out my video where I talk about my new personal fat loss challenge for the holiday season. I am asking you to join me!
Today’s gym workout:
Set 1. Deadlifts and lat pulls 3×10
Set 2. Lunges and rows 3×10 
Set 3. Push ups and SB roll outs 3×8, 3×10
Set 4. Stability ball jack knife —————————————————–>
and side plank with rotation 3×10
Set 5. Calf raises 2×12
Within each set I did each exercise one right after the other. When I finished the second exercise of the set I rested for 1 minute and then started again.
I rested 1 minute between each set.
Tomorrow, a fat loss workout for home.

Amy, nice goals! But remember to have a little fun during the holidays! 5 is a big number, that is why I picked 3 for this time of year.
