The best fat loss or home workouts for women are those that include high intensity cardio intervals. High intensity cardio intervals allow you to burn fat not only while you are performing them but for 24-48 hours after you stop as well.

High intensity cardio intervals also stimulate growth hormone release into your blood stream. Growth hormone production is important as it helps burn fat and gain muscle, two vitally important and highly desirable effects.

A great home cardio workout is stair exercise.

Stair exercises are a great form of high intensity interval cardio and a highly effective way to burn fat. For fat loss, 1-3 flights of stairs is a great place to start.

Here is a great fat loss workout using stair exercises that you can do at home or a nearby park that can be used by anyone at any fitness level:

Warm up by walking up to the top of the stairs 2-3 times. Walk down.

Stretch well with a focus on the muscles of the legs.

Jog up 2-3 times. Walk down. Rest 20 seconds between each climb.

Jog up 2-3 times stepping every other stair. Walk down. Rest 30 seconds between each climb.

Run up 2-3 times. Walk down. Rest 30 seconds between each climb.

Run up 2-3 times stepping every other stair. Walk down. Rest 30 seconds between each climb.

Double leg hop 1 time up each step. Walk down.

Cool down and stretch the leg muscles well.

Start slowly as it will take a few stair exercises workouts for your muscles to adjust to the new workload you will be presenting it with. At first only do what you can then increase speed and volume as you improve to make it more challenging.

Utilize this stair exercises workout and you will be well on your way to achieving your fat loss goals.
