This sounds like a great way to get started! I need this fat loss system to help me lead a healthier life. With working full time, grad school and raising a toddler - I have no time for me. I need structure to make progress - and this program sounds like the right fit. There's no time in my schedule to go to the gym, so being able to work out at home would be so helpful. I want to look and feel healthier so I can really enjoy activities with my family.

I need this fat loss system because excess weight is really taking a toll on me not just physically but mentally as well. I hate the feeling of being weak and after sitting at a computer every day for nine hours plus a two hour commute for the last ten years, I’m pretty sure I have like zero muscle left. I think this system could help me develop the muscle I want and need to feel stronger mentally and physically. I’m hoping too that shedding some fat and adding some muscle will help to alleviate medical conditions I’ve developed as a result of my sedentary lifestyle. I think this program is the perfect fit for me because it doesn’t require me to go anywhere to use it so lack of time can’t be an excuse anymore.

Why I need this system...let me count the ways. Staving off diabetes, increasing confidence & physical strength and the ability to continue doing triathlons by shedding body fat are my primary objectives. Specifically, I think this fat loss system would be perfect for me because it is an entire package, not just one aspect of fat loss. There are no gimmicks & no excuses. The 7 days of workouts, the meal planning including grocery lists (fabulous since I tend to get stuck in ruts with meals, get bored, then fall off the wagon), input on nutrition that is new & useful (yipee! There is so much contradictory info out there it's tough to come up with my own plan an be successful), the success journal that is not just for one thing, but both nutrition and exercise (genious!). Most of all the support of a coach who can hold me accountable, help guide me and be the voice of reason when I'm feeling irrational. Plus the idea of a "package" that it tailored to my specific needs/goals is so very appealing. As is the option of not going to the gym for every workout or needing special equipment.

I really feel this fat loss system could change my life by finally teaching me how to stop "dieting" and instead, live well forever, without feeling like it is always a chore. I think of the system as the perfect opportunity to gather and expand upon all the tools (knowledge) in my toolbox and actually build something positive instead of just carrying them around and taking out one here or there for a while only to return it to the box after a few uses...cause that's not working!

And I agree with Kelly - the newsletters are fantastic!

I need to find something that does fit my lifestyle... something to get me going again and is easy to stick with for the long term. I have a new and not so wonderful body shape so I'd love to be able to target certain areas. It would be great to know who else is using the book so we can share our experiences with one another. I'm not sure if I answered the question but I love your idea!

Ok, so why would do I need this fat loss program? Well, that is easy. I have a ton of fat to lose. I am not good accomplishing things on my own as I have a hard time keeping myself disciplined. I have been battling the 20 pounds of excess for too long and want it off. No, I don't just want it off, I need it off. There are just no more exceptable excuses for me to use. I have to do this for myself, and for my children. To answer #2, it would greatly change my life for the better because it would help improve my overall health. The saying goes you are what you eat. Well, with my health history, I can't afford to be risky. Many studies indicate that diet and a healthy lifestyle can help ward off disease and cancer and is especially important to a survivor like myself. The opposite could result in my cancer coming back. I want to enjoy activities with my boys without feeling pain or being too tired to play with them. I want to be a good model for them of healthy eating and activity so they can live a long, healthy, and happy life.

ok, so why is this a perfect fit for me? Well, where do I begin. First of all, it is so hard for a working mom to stay focused and diligent with a workout program that is not laid out for her. I hate the cliches of "I'm too busy to work out". I've always been pretty athletic and I feel my best when I am exercising. It is true, however, that I've never been so low in energy, especially at the end of every day. I get up before work to work out, which of course doesn't always work, but where everything breaks down is pre-dinner time, when I get home from work. I make the girls something to eat and I am famished. I could eat my right arm, so I inevitably ruin anything positive that I have done by eating high-fat or high-calorie snacks while cooking. I also feel that I never take my workouts to the level that I need to in order to lose fat. I keep thinking that I am forever 25 and a 3 mile run is all that is needed, when it is definitely not. I need something laid out for me, someone I can call/email and get ideas from, even help with a grocery list for goodness sakes. I also need a workout that kicks it up a notch when needed and one that fits my age/body type. (38- middle-aged-yikes and short... all of my weight is concentrated in my mid-section) Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing your new program and seeing if it works for me. I absolutely love the newsletter and check it out each time I receive it. Well, that's it in a nutshell. Kelly
