Body Transformation Motivation

Body transformationA lot of you are just beginning to awaken from a long winter hibernation to the wonderful signs of spring.

But I am hearing from a lot of you that, although you have fat loss and body transformation goals set for yourself, you are having trouble finding the motivation to go after them.

And there are some of you who have been plugging along in an effort to transform your body but you might only be going through the motions and not losing fat like you should be.

I thought I would try to jump start your body transformation motivation by offering the following words of wisdom and inspiration.

You want something – go get it. Period.

If you have a goal, work towards it giving it everything you’ve got. Do not give up.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate but that we are powerful beyond measure.

Give a star effort. No excuses!

The bottom line is if you want to transform your body and lose fat you need to have clear goals and go after them ferociously. Go after them with everything you’ve got and then give more. Stop using fear as an excuse and just do it!
