I personally am finding mobility, more than anything else to be a huge factor in my personal fitness goals and you should take a look at the 7 dynamic stretches to improve hip mobility over at stonglifts.com. The hip and pelvis area just so happens to be the place that controls the rest of the body – low hip mobility or pelvis tilt = muscle imbalance and chronic injury everywhere else.

Take me for example. I have had an anterior pelvis tilt for 6 years and I’ve had shin splints, plantar facitis, sciatica, and rib subluxation in my upper back. Once I started to do hip mobility drills these issues started to dissipate.

Ever hear of barefoot running? Check out this awesome post by the guys over at Fitness Spotlight where they talk about how to cure all running injuries and pain with barefoot running. I bought a pair of Vibram FiveFingers this past spring and I love them! I think wearing them has made a huge difference in the strength of all my little muscles in my feet and ankles.

Mark is really cranking things out at Mark’s Daily Apple! One of my favorite posts has been how to make the perfect primal pizza complete with how to video. I cannot wait to try this recipe for the crust – cutting out grains means cutting out pizza dough, but not when you make it this way!

And good news Tim Ferris lovers! Tim has a new book coming out called The 4 Hour Body. It’s not due out until December 2010 but you can preorder a copy now that comes complete with Tim’s signature by heading over to the 4 Hour Body now.
