7 Nutrition Supplements to Enhance Health and Support Fat Loss Efforts

To lose fat, you must stick to your fat loss workouts and eat a clean diet.

The nutrition supplement market has always been a hot industry and thrives today even with the current state of the economy in the toilet.

This industry is booming because everyone wants a “magic pill” to help them lose fat and will believe almost anything these unscrupulous companies claim their product will do.

Don’t get me wrong, there are some really outstanding nutrition supplement products out there. But there are others who make false fat loss claims and trick a lot of hopeful and desperate people out of a ton of money.

It is important when looking to lose fat that you are not fooled by any one product or gadget that promises you it will burn all your fat off while you just sit and watch.

The truth is, it doesn’t work that way. There are no fat burning pills, no carb or fat blocker or magic ab belt, and no diet that will instantly melt fat off your body or give you a 6 pack.

What real nutrition supplements are meant to do is just that, supplement your nutrition.

Let’s face it. We are all busy and most Americans succumb to settling for eating the standard american diet, consisting of processed, prepackaged, and fast foods. The more convenient the better, right?

Those people who eat like this are definitely NOT going to get all the nutrients they need to get from food, mostly because there are no great nutrients in these types of food.

In fact, even if you do eat your fruits and veggies all day long, chances are you still won’t be getting everything you need. clean diet

That is why I recommend, as I do myself, supplementing your current diet, no matter how good or bad it is, with natural, whole food nutrition supplements.

Here are just a handful of all natural nutrition supplements that I recommend:

Oil of Oregano: Oregano oil is a natural immune system booster, eliminates yeast and fungal problems associated with weight gain, eczema, acne and chronic fatigue.

Theanine: A compound found in tea, theanine increases dopamine, a hormone associated with a feeling of well being. Theanine is known for stress and anxiety reduction. Also enhances concentration, normalizes blood pressure, reduces cholesterol, boosts immunity, prevents cancer, and potentially helps promote fat loss.

Spirulina: A micro algae, spirulina is the food with the highest amount of beta carotene and the only whole food source (besides breat milk) of gamma-linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid. Known as Spirulinaa powerful immune booster and powerful antioxident, spirulina is also rich in iron, vitamin B 12. It supports cardiovascular function, reduces LDL cholesterol and raises HDL cholesterol, and potentially helps promote fat loss. Other impressive benefits of spirulina include improved digestive health, enhances natural detoxification, and prevents cancer.

Chlorella: A green algae that contains high levels of chlorophyl, chlorella promotes powerful detoxification of heavy metals and pesticides, supports immune system and digestion, helps prevent cancer, regulates blood sugar and reduces high blood pressure.*

Krill oil: Krills are small crustaceans predominant in colder oceans. Krill oil has over 47x the antioxidant power of fish oil and is much absorbed into the body. Krill oil has been shown to protect the heart by reducing LDL cholesterol and increasing HDL cholesterol. It also controls blood sugar levels, provides relief for PMS, decreases joint pain and signs of aging, promotes brain and nervous system health and boosts immune system.

Astaxanthin: a natural, red pigment carotenoid derived from microalgae and found in most crustaceans, including shrimp, crawfish, crabs and lobster. Being touted as a super antioxidant because it eases arthritis pain, joint pain, sore muscles, and protects against heart disease. Astaxanthin also crosses the blood/brain barrier so also provides exceptional oxidative protection for the eyes, brain and nerves. That is not all! Astaxanthin also boosts immune function, protects the nervous system and lowers LDL cholesterol.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids: EPA and DHA are fish oils found in salmon, mackerel and sardines. Some of the benefits include lowering triglycerides, reducing risk of heart disease, lowers blood pressure and decreases joint pain and stiffness.

Will any of these substances melt fat off your body? No.

But they will help promote ultimate health and vitality. And they might just support your fat loss efforts by keeping your body fueled with everything it needs to run optimally.

Remember, most people only care about their health when they don’t have it anymore. Care about your health now and be around longer to enjoy it.

Kekich credo #9: ” A little caution avoids great regrets. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Keep fully insured physically and materially and keep hedged emotionally. Insurance is not for sale when you need it.”
