Fat Loss Success Story

Fat Loss Success Story

Good day, All!

I just wanted to take a minute to update you on the latest success story.

I have been working with Rebecca Levallee in a group training program since July. In only a short time, Rebecca achieved her fat loss and fitness goals.

Here is Rebecca to tell you a little more about her scenario:

“Training with Susan has been amazing! I initially joined 4 mos ago in preparation for my 20yr high school reunion. I wanted to lose a few lbs and tone up in order to look and feel good for this big event. The results exceeded my expectations. I have gained muscle and definition that I have not seen in years. I feel better, healthier and my clothes fit again.  I tried on a pair of jeans that had been put away for about 5yrs -after my wedding-and they fit!! I have lost about 7lbs, does  not sound like a lot, but I have built muscle now that is continuing to work for me even when I am not working out. I love the fact that the exercises can all be done at home on my own and without any expense for special machines or equipment. The reunion has come and gone (I felt great as I walked in in my little balck dress!!) But what I have learned through Susan’s training program will last a lifetime…thanks Sue!!”

How did she get such outstanding results?

1. She cleaned up her diet.

2. She incorporated resistance workouts into her exercise regime.

3. She performed high intensity interval training.

4. She had a coach/mentor to guide her along her journey.

5. She had social support at home and with her friends in the group training sessions.

She made a goal and set a date to achieve it by, developed an action plan to get there, worked extremely hard during our fat loss workouts, was consistent and persistent with her training and her clean eating, was patient and gave the program time to work, and had the social support of her family and friends.

Great job, Rebecca, your friends at boot camp are proud of you!

So, there are only 50 days before the start of the new year. Think of all the things you can accomplish in that amount of time. Why wait until January 1 to start working towards your goals?

I have 2 questions for you:

1. What do you want to accomplish?

2. How are you going to achieve it?

3. By what date will you accomplish it?

Leave me a comment congratulating Rebecca on her success and letting us know your answer to these two questions.
