For UHW Inner Circle Members, here is a video with the Monday fat loss workout from the Beginner Program from Ultimate Home Workouts.
This will show you how to do each exercise and with proper form. You will be well on your way to blasting away body fat, flattening your stomach, and boosting your metabolism.
Exercises in this workout are mostly bodyweight exercises but there are a few that use a stability ball.
Remember to warm up, and go through all of the exercises in each circuit with no rest in between. At the end of the circuit, rest 1 minute and then repeat 1-2 times before moving onto the next circuit.
