Hey, it’s me again, back with question #5 from the Top 10 Most Frequently Asked Questions.

Question #5: What equipment should I be using during my home workouts?

Answer: Bodyweight exercises require no equipment (yeah!) however, you can add these three low cost pieces of equipment to your home workouts to increase the challenge.

The kettlebells are my favorite! Definitely grab one and get to swingin’ it!
