Lack of motivation is one of the biggest reasons why people fail on their exercise and diet programs. The thought of reaching their goal isn’t enough to keep everyone motivated.
So, in an attempt to keep you all motivated, I have been posting a ton of motivational quotes on my twitter page and facebook page but today I thought I would share a few of my favorites to help keep you motivated in your fitness and fat loss goals.
