Get Moving Now Towards Your Fat Loss Goals

sled 2009Happy December to you all! I can’t believe we are on the verge of wrapping up another year.

Gearing up for some snow so we can take the sleds out for a ride, but not loving the cold weather moving in.

I am smack dab in the middle of working towards my personal holiday fat loss goals. In this challenge I am trying to motivate you all to not only not gain weight this holiday season but to lose 3 pounds.

So that is exactly what I am doing – losing 3 pounds. Look for my update next week.

The point of the challenge was to not wait until January 1st to start working towards our goals. Set them now and take MASSIVE action working towards them now!

I have given you the tools, the knowledge and the access to me for support and guidance. All the pieces of the puzzle have been made available to you.

You should have no more excuses to not be working towards your fat loss and fitness goals NOW.

Half-hearted results come from half-hearted efforts.
