This contest is now closed. Thanks for playing!

Happy Fall everyone!

I truly love this time of year. The leaves are changing colors, we have awesome sleeping weather, and it is the BEST time for camping and hiking in the NY Adirondacks!

But best of all I love welcoming in a new season because it gives us a chance to wipe the slate clean and start fresh in whatever we want to.

Trying to lose a few pounds but not quite cutting the mustard? Leave old habits behind and start fresh.

Want to start training towards your first 5K? Start your training program now.

Any new habit works great here!

And to celebrate the changing of seasons and the fresh start we can make of it, today I wanted to simply give you all an opportunity to grab a copy of Ultimate Home Workouts absolutely FREE.

I am giving away 5 copies of Ultimate Home Workouts just because I’m feeling so optimistic that you can make this the best fall ever!

Hey, why not set a goal that you will lose 5 or 10 pounds by January 1 this year instead of gaining all holiday season?

Here’s how the give away will go:

Do any of the following tasks below for entries into the giveaway. Each task you complete counts as one entry.

Then leave one comment for each tasks that you complete.

Want to have more then 1 entry into the contest? Then simply complete more than 1 task – as many as you would like, but be sure to leave a separate comment for each task telling me what you did.

*5 winners will be chosen at random from the comments below.

Here’s the tasks you can choose from:

  1. Friend me on Facebook.
  2. Like Ultimate Home Workouts on Facebook (this is a new page!)
  3. Like The Primal Recipe on Facebook
  4. Circle me up on Google+
  5. Sign up for the Ultimate Home Workouts newsletter (at the top of the side bar to the right)
  6. Sign up for the Primal Recipe newsletter (at the top of the side bar to the right when you click through to the link)

This contest will end on Sunday, October 2 so get on it!

And make sure to leave a separate comment for EACH task you complete!

This is really awesome and I love them! The idea of walking in how your body was designed to walk in (aka without lifts or supports within your sneakers and shoes) is brilliant! I try to become barefoot whenever you can, but usually use shoes, Five FIngers, or my Barefoot Marrells otherwise.

This is awesome, Susan. I RT’d this for you, and will see if I can help promote it some other ways as well… maybe a quick blog post.

Aw Todd! You are the best!

I signed up for the primal recipe newsletter. It is the perfect time of year to make a shift in the cooking/eating habits of the house. Tend to do less outdoor grilling and more oven cooking this time of year. Time to learn a few new things.

Same here – except Scott does tend to cook on the grill all year long! He’s an addict who loves his meat!

I also liked the primal recipe. What do you really think of the “toe shoes”?

Love them! The concept of walking in the manner your body was meant to walk in (aka without lifts or supports in your sneakers and shoes) is brilliant! I try to be barefoot as much as possible, but usually use flip flops, Five FIngers, or my Barefoot Marrells otherwise.

I liked your new page on facebook. Someday I want to be able to put my feet on the ball like that !! :)

Thanks Christine! That’s an awesome goal! And a perfect time of year to get started working towards it!
