I always say that to get anywhere in life you have to challenge the conventional wisdom.

Now, I’m not saying that intermittent fasting is the only weight loss strategy you should use.
In fact, you probably shouldn’t even try it if you haven’t cleaned up your diet and began doing appropriate metabolic workouts.
Intermittent fasting will build on your diet and exercise and take your weight loss to a new level.
