Hi, my name is Susan and I am your Personal Coach at Workouts For Home.

I have a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, have been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and have over 15 years helping people lose weight and attain the body of their dreams.

One of the most important weight loss success stories I have under my belt is that of my Mom, who at 70 years old, had gained a ton of weight and became borderline diabetic.

We worked together to help her lose 40 pounds in 6 months and bring her insulin levels back to the normal range. As of this writing, she is healthy and happy.
