Hey, it’s a beautiful day outside today!
In honor of a warm, sunny day, I went outside to film you a video of some really great outside exercises you can do as part of your home workouts.
Really, I could only pick a few, but the options are endless.
In fact, maybe an outside exercises series is in order? Hmmmm….
I love home workouts and there are a lot of great reasons to do them:
Versatility is so important. Why?
Because you can essentially take the lessons and workouts that you have learned as part of your home workouts and extrapolate them to other things such as:
- Workouts while traveling
- Workouts at the gym
- Workouts done outside in the park, the backyard, or playground.
You can take home workouts anywhere, and one of the places I have the most fun and sometimes present the biggest challenges are outside.
Outside exercises feel more like playing than work and if you want to move beyond your own backyard, a local park is a great place to play.

So, there are a handful of really great outside exercises taken from your good ol’ home workouts that you can use to “play” your fat away!
And this time of year, you absolutely should not hesitate to get yourself outside to exercise as much as you can.
Do not coop yourself up in your home or at the gym when you could be breathing fresh air, taking in some vitamin D, and having no boundaries when it comes to your options.
