Package #1: Online/phone fitness training $200/month
Receive a personalized exercise program, designed specifically for you based on your specific fitness goals, personal health history, and current level of fitness. You will receive a daily workout regime, including exercise descriptions and photos, and unlimited email and phone support from Susan.
Package #2: Online/phone nutrition training $200/month
Receive a nutrition analysis and a customized nutrition program based on your personal goals, nutrition assessment, and health history. Package includes weekly phone consultations, food journal, and tips and tricks to achieving your goals. Receive unlimited e-mail and phone support from Susan.
Package #3: Online/phone fitness and nutrition training $320/month
Combine the fitness and nutritional packages #1 and #2 and reach your fitness goals in half the time!
Package #4: Face to face consultation – single session $75
Meet with Susan face-to-face to discuss any fitness, nutrition, or wellness topic of your choice. Susan will provide her personal recommendations to your inquiries and get you started on the right path. Examples of possible topics include, but are not limited to, goal setting, fat loss, sport specific strength and endurance, nutrition, supplementation, increasing muscle mass, and flexibility.
Package #5: Online/phone consultation – single session $60
This package is for those individuals who wish to receive the components of package #4 but are not local to the Eastern Upstate NY region.
Package #6 In home personal training
Available in Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa, Malta, Clifton Park and surrounding areas only. Customized workout sessions at your home. Package includes nutritional analysis, daily workout and nutrition program design, and unlimited phone and e-mail support from Susan.
