Strategic Exercise And Diet Synergy With The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Program

by Susan · 20 comments

I’m sure by now you have all heard the buzz about my friend, Joel Marion’s new strategic diet and exercise plan, the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet.

An extension of his popular diet program, Cheat Your Way Thin, where you are able to have a “cheat day” one time per week and eat anything you want without restriction (even pizza!), in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, Joel explains virtually everything you need to know and do to lose up to 25 pounds of pure fat in 25 days.

That’s 1 pound of fat per day for 25 days!! Xtreme, indeed!

Essentially, Joel has discovered a strategic method of using diet and exercise together in a special synergy to maximize fat loss in a very short time without sacrificing any lean muscle tissue in the process.

In fact, Joel suggests that, because of a few of the strategic tips in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, you will actually gain a few pounds of sexy, lean, and highly metabolic muscle!

It is the diet and exercise synergy that is the key to this program. That is, the exercise you perform on any given day should mirror that of the diet you are using for that day.

Within the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, there are five different types of diet days (all with a slightly different purpose) which all correspond to a different type of workout which bests supports the goal of that particular diet day.

This is the single biggest reason why you will lose up to 25 pounds of your unwanted body fat within the 25 days of this program.

You’re essentially doubling your fat loss by strategically lining up your diet with your exercise workout. It’s sort of a no-brainer.

Regarding the strategic diet used in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, Joel has incorprated his “cheat days” from Cheat Your Way Thin and therefore, no food is off limits!

You will be able to eat all of your favorite foods (in moderation, of course) and feel satisfied! This factor will be the second biggest reason why you will be successful and lose fat fast on the program.

You will never feel deprived, hungry, or be bored by the same lame chicken and broccoli over and over again.

As for the exercise workouts provided in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, you do have to commit to being active everyday. If you are looking for a magic pill or to just alter your diet and then sit on the couch all day then this program is not for you.

But if you enjoy being active and taking part in the three best activities for fat loss (strength training, high intensity interval training, longer duration cardio) then the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet will be a good fit for you.

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is perfect for anyone who has both a ton of weight to lose or just has those pesky last 10 pounds to drop.

If you have more than 25 pounds to lose you can complete 1 cycle of 25 days and then start a second cycle and continue in that manner until you are at your desired weight.

If you have only a few pounds you’d like to see disappear then you may only have to do the program for 18 days or 22 days. It can really be tailored for your specific fat loss goals.

The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is, however, extreme. You must follow the laid out plan Joel provides for both the diet days and the workout days. The workouts are challenging and on a few days you may be working out for over an hour.

The best part about the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is that it will leave your metabolism blazing and burning up fat like crazy, unlike calorie restirction diets that send your body into starvation mode and actually shut your metabolism down.

A sluggish metabolism is a sure-fire way to not lose any fat. In fact, it’s a pretty good way to insure you will gain weight!

Personally, I believe very much in the science behind the Xtreme Fat Loss Program as well as the creators of the program (Joel Marion and John Romanello). They have provided a ton of success stories which suggests that it really does work.

However, I hate to recommend a product to my readers if I haven’t seen first hand what it can do and if the claims are legitamate.

So, what I am going to do is, starting today, take part in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet myself for the next 25 days. I am going to commit to following it 100% as written and will report back to you on the pros and cons, challenges, frustrations, successes, and my results.

I can’t wait to watch the belly fat I accumulated while sitting behind the computer all winter disappear before my eyes!

I will provide you daily updates to let you know how I am doing!

Until then, decide on a goal and then be relentless in your pursuit of it!

Your Friend and Coach,

Susan Campbell, MS, CSCS
