The beautiful summer months are too short to waste indoors, at least that’s how it is here in Upstate NY.
This is especially true when it comes to your fat loss workouts and wasting an hour+ at the stuffy, hot, and overcrowded gym.
In the summer, I usually put my gym membership on hold and do all of my workouts outside – what I don’t do outside gets done at home.
My favorite thing to do is to go into my backyard and just plow through all of my exercises.
Let’s face it, no one has any time any more.
I thought when I quit my 12 hour per day job I would have all the time in the world to do whatever I wanted. Turns out that when you have “extra” time it quickly gets filled up with everything and anything.
So I thought I would give you this video with a bunch of exercise you could do outside in the yard or at a local park.
Don’t waste your time working out inside when we only have this weather for such a short time.
