Turbulence Training – Day 3: Best Upper Body Home Workouts For Fat Loss

Day #3 doing Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training workout, Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks.

When I woke up this morning I weighed myself only to find that I lost 1.6 pounds over the first 2 days of being on the program!

Today was Workout B, one of the best upper body home workouts I’ve ever done, followed by some high intensity interval training.

I had to make the adjustment for chin ups, since I’ve never been able to move myself vertically EVER!

So, I just did the eccentric part of the pull up.

I also substituted dips for the decline close grip push ups.

After the metabolic resistance training I went in to the high intensity interval training portion of the Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks workout.

The intervals were meant for running outside or using the recumbent bike. However, it was totally pouring for 2 days straight and I just can’t get behind getting soaked running around outside.

Using the trampoline is great, it is easy on my joints and does not aggravate any of my little nagging injuries I have in my legs.
