What is bodyweight cardio and how do you incorporate it into your fat loss workouts and home workouts?
I’m back on Day 5 of my review of Craig Ballantyne’s fat loss workout program, Turbulence Training.
This week I have been using his Buff Dudes & Hot Chicks workout.
Was a pretty interesting week:
- Workout A was leg and abs dominant plus interval training.
- Workout B was upper body dominant plus interval training.
- Workout C was a mix of everything plus a bodyweight workout for intervals.
Fun, Fun, Fun!
For Workout C from Buff Dudes & Hot Chicks, Craig adds a little twist where there is no rest at the end of the superset or in between each superset.
Basically, the entire workout is one big bodyweight cardio workout (with weights at times).
This cardio with weight, or metabolic resistance training, is both an effective and highly efficient method of exercise that will blast way fat clear off your body.
