I have decided to give Turbulence Training a try because I wanted to be able to speak honestly about it to my clients and readers.

Turbulence Training is wildly popular and Craig bases his programs on scientific research, not what the latest fitness guru claims will work for fat loss.

I have also personally just awaken from a long winter slumber and am happy to see the sun come out here in Upstate NY. I missed you, my friend.

So, I needed a reason to get moving and serving both you and myself at the same time is a great motivator!
