So many of my faithful and loyal readers email me each day asking me questions. And I want you to know that I love that you trust me with your health education. But the reality is that I have so many projects going on at any one time that I am going to have to streamline how I communicate with you and who gets my attention.
I’m sorry to have to put that out there like that, but the fact is that I can’t do it all, and addressing your questions, while giving me a wonderful purpose in life, is really cutting in to my personal time.
So I have figured out a way to have the people who are serious about their weight loss, their fitness, and their health to work one on one with me, while at the same time I don’t lose my mind.

The fact is that the difference between someone who succeeds at achieving their goals and the person who simply dreams about reaching their goals is that the one who succeeds has a personal coach.
That’s not just true for weight loss and fitness, but it is true for just about anything worthwhile achieving.
Even I have had several different coaches over the years, in several different areas. Hell, I was so fortunate to recognize so early on in life what a difference having a mentor makes.
In fact, it is almost painful for me when I find myself in between coaches. I love having the one on one education and guidance from someone who has gone before me and can lay it all out on the line for me.
After all, why try and fail over and over again on your own when you can follow a blueprint that has time and time again been proven to be a successful path?

The purpose of my coaching services is to help you become the healthier, fitter, and leaner you that you desire to be. Except you won’t have to do it alone, and I will give you the exact step by step blueprint to follow for your particular weight loss and fitness goal.

1 Hour Phone Consultation
Join me on a 1 hour live Skype phone call where we can talk about anything weight loss and/or fitness related of your choosing.
I will provide you with everything you need to know on the subject during the time we are on the call together. The fee for this service is $97 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour should we go over.
3 Month Coaching Program
In this coaching program we will determine your specific weight loss and fitness goals and set out on a path together to achieve them. This is a virtual program, meaning we will work together via computer and phone, but it will be tailored specifically to meet your individual needs.
You will have a reasonable amount of unlimited access to me in this coaching program in that you can email and text me at any time, and we can arrange phone conversations as needed.
This coaching program will be tailored to you specifically, but can include any of the following:
- personalized workouts
- unlimited access to me
- diet customization
- lifestyle coaching
- nutritional supplementation customization
- anything else you might find useful
I do require a commitment from you for at least 3 months so we can really see the results of our time together. This program costs $99 per month for 3 months. We can add months on as needed.
*Due to the volume of people interested in my 3 month coaching program, I will need to limit the number of people I work with at a time to 3. I will inform you when you contact me with your interest if and how long the waiting list is.
