“It was a Beautiful Daaaaaay” on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet!
And Lee Dewyze is the new American Idol! Yes, I am an Idol fan! Weird season, but I still watched happily.
Day 21 on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet was my 5th and final cheat day. I will be sad to see you go, my friend. We’ve had some great times together!
Today was yet another hot 94 degree day here in upstate NY. My favorite, hot weather man, Steve LaPoint informed me it felt like well over 100 degrees with the humidity.
And I didn’t need him to tell me that to know it.
If you have been following me over the last few days on the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet you know I have a hard time with my appetite on days like this. So, I was a little worried about getting enough food in me today.
Turns out I did just fine!
Here’s what I ate today:
- chocolate cheesecake muffin
- chocolate milk
- small twist ice cream
- chicken salad sammich on a bagel
- Starbuck’s frappachino
- 1 hot dog
- cheese danish
- cheese pizza
I was actually hoping to stick another ice cream in there at the end of the day but the timing was off and Scott didn’t come home from work until 10 pm. Too late for soft twist.
So, I am hoping that this works for tomorrow’s fast day!
My workout today was outstanding! I’m not usually a density workout fan but today I thought it was just the greatest thing since soft twist ice cream. OK, I still like ice cream a whole hell of a lot more than any workout, but you get my point.
Since I only had one workout to do, which I got out of the way in the morning, and it was so damn hot out, I decided to go into town and eat lunch and people watch and hang out a bit. It was a great afternoon of listening to educational audios on my ipod, chit chatting with the locals, and enjoying the suppressive hot air.
I know many of us are nearing the end of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and still wondering what you are going to do with your diet and exercise programs when you are done.
